Application status will remain pending until CS gives approval. VCS offers no guarantee or commitment to a sponsorship package until sponsor is notified by email.
Sponsor-initiated cancellations will not be refunded.
Attendance at or participation in VCS events constitutes an agreement by the participant to VCS granting the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the participant's image, likeness, or voice in audio, video, photography, electronic reproductions, and details of such events and other activities for promotional purposes except for when it is expressly stated by the participant to withhold such permissions. Participant acknowledges that VCS own and shall own all right, title, and interest in the materials described herein.
